Human Design entered my life at the exact moment I would need it most. I was on the edge of a massive shift, only I didn't know what was coming for me.
For two decades, I navigated the world of public health and research, fueled by a desire to help but my energy was low. When my mother passed away, and my world flipped upside down, the 'old way' of working and living simply didn't fit anymore. I needed more than just logic and whatever my brain could offer, I needed a map and to lean into what I felt.
That’s when I found Human Design and dove deeply into Astrology.
Astrology tells us the story of who we are, but Human Design shows us how we work best. By weaving together ancient wisdom and modern science—from the I Ching to Quantum Physics—Human Design takes the awareness of Astrology and turns it into a pathway for authenticity. When you unpack these charts, you are decoding your energetic signature.
It’s a profound awareness that changes everything about how you see yourself and what you are here to do.
Astrology and Human Design can both show when our energy changes and when things are shifting. We can learn so much about when to slow down, when to launch and what comes next. These tools will not predict the future, but can show you how your energy might arrive in the seasons of your life.

Human Design is a great system for learning about yourself and how you are meant to make decisions and show up in the world. Like a cosmic Myers Briggs test, without the questions!
