At long last, I am happy to report that I have been given the gift of Josh Allen’s birth time! For my non-Bills Mafia folks, Josh Allen is the Quarterback for the Buffalo Bills. Feel free to skip this one if you aren’t a fan. Although I bet if you stick around long enough, you might become one.

If you have been following me for long, you know this is something I have wished for over several years. I have mentioned it to my readers, to the students in my classes, to really anyone with a tangential awareness of Josh Allen or his people.

And where did I find it, you ask? On a biographic astrology website. I have looked many times before and it was not there. When I just checked again this week on the eve of the full moon, low and behold, there it was! A gift from the heavens? Perhaps.

I wasn’t even looking for it to be honest. (Isn’t this the way things go?) I have become aware in the last few months that Josh Allen’s astrology details are a key driver of bringing people to my website. According to Google analytics, I get more people on my website looking for Josh’s birth chart than pretty much anything else. With that in mind, I shall give the people what they want!

I have written other articles about Josh’s chart based on using a noon birth time. This is what most astrologers do when they don’t know when someone was born. I had been speculating that Josh was born around noon anyway, which would put his Sun in the top of his chart.

Well folks, I was wrong.

Josh was in fact born in the evening which gives him a Scorpio rising.

In theory, this tracks. Josh is determined, committed, tenacious and does not let things go. Scorpio is a fixed water sign. When signs are fixed they are get in for the long haul. They have great resilience and staying power. These people will knock over any obstacles in their way to win the battle.

In esoteric astrology, each sign has a phrase that defines it. We refer to the rising sign, rather than the Sun sign, because the rising sign is our soul’s purpose and considered the most important sign in our chart. This is the sign for Josh that we have not known until now.

Scorpio’s phrase is: “warrior am I, and from the battle I emerge triumphant.”

I mean… I swear, I can’t make this stuff up.

Side note, the Buffalo Bills as a team has a Scorpio sun. In astrology speak, we call that resonance. When we relate so well to another individual, there is usually some kind of sameness, or resonance, in the chart.

We already knew Josh was a Gemini. Geminis are some of my favorite people because they are funny, clever and easy to get along with. They tend to ask lots of questions, are deeply curious and quick thinkers. They are good at learning things, having many interests and are highly adaptable people.

Josh’s Gemini sun sits in the 8th house which adds Scorpio flair to his personality self and more power and determination energy. As I have mentioned before, Pluto sits opposite Josh’s Sun which is what makes him dynamic and powerful. People with the Sun opposite Pluto want to be seen as perfect and can also be deeply private. There is an innate need to work hard, and this can be a life filled with transformative experiences.

I also have this in my birth chart and I spoke about it last week to my counselor. He asked what it means to embody the Sun opposite Pluto. In short, I said, “It’s balls and a profound sense of self confidence.” Boom. That is Josh. I am still working on it.

This energy can also make one highly intuitive or psychic.

In fact, QB1 has several such indicators in his chart. His Scorpio rising is one such place indicating great intuition. His Moon in Cancer sits opposite the planet Neptune. This is another indication of natural intuition. It can also indicate great sensitivity, a big imagination and a highly emotional nature.

So, about that Moon in Cancer. For more on this read my previous Josh article. He is loyal, sensitive and private. This guy cares very deeply. He loves his family, whether that is his family of origin, his teammates or his Bills mafia family. When Josh is sad, we are sad. When Josh wins, we all love him. When he has a bad day, we all feel it. He wears his heart on his sleeve and takes everything in and personalizes it.

This can also make for someone who would like to stay home and out of the spotlight. These folks prefer cozy and comfortable and a big pan of lasagna. Think creature comforts rather than sequins and flash. Their Mom and home are often a big part of their lives. Josh’s moon is in the 9th house which might make him a little more comfortable living on the road or traveling overseas. This adds to his fun and affable nature.

In Human Design, Josh’s profile is a 2/4. These people need LOTS of alone time but also need their people. It is a dichotomy of sorts and requires some balance. Their best opportunities come from those they know and they love their crew but they also need some time away from the spotlight to feel most like themselves.

Random moments in Josh's recent history seen through Astrology's lens

The planet Mars is Josh’s chart ruler (aka very important planet) which he has in the sign of Taurus. One of my teacher’s calls this placement “the Bulldozer” because those who have it are able to “move so much ground”. Mars is how we embody things and Taurus is the bull. Sturdy, strong and close to the Earth. I believe many a linebacker or defensive end would agree with this assessment after they have tried to tackle him. It is also not lost on me that Josh’s work ethic started with his family’s farm. This gives him deep grounding as a person and is essential to how hard he works.

Josh also has something called a Kite in his chart. This formation is considered a blessing. Loosely translated, he is very smart, naturally so and a gifted communicator. He uses his struggles and lessons to innovate and become the best version of himself.

This energy is so second nature to Josh that he might not even think it is special, but I am here to tell him that it is.

All Kites point to an activating point and becomes sort of a goal. For Josh, this is the planet Saturn, which is boss energy, the coach, the hard teacher and the stabilizer. This blessing energy drives him towards leadership, hard work, and commitment. Josh has Saturn in the sign of Aries, which is initiating, impatient and authoritative. Saturn wants to be deliberate, and Aries wants to shoot first and ask questions later.  It can feel like having one foot on the gas and the other on the brakes. This can create some internal struggle until one learns to manage it.

I think what we have here is a thoughtful, sensitive, intuitive, funny, hardworking tank of a man who wants to win, to be the warrior and for all of us to see him as perfect. He is affable, smart, deeply caring and committed to any cause he is passionate about. There are elements for him that create inner turmoil which may require grounding, boundaries and patience to navigate. All in all, he is a complex and charming character with a big heart and a drive to win. This is someone who can move literal mountains and in my humble opinion, we are blessed to have Josh Allen as our QB1!

Love,

Christy

PS I promised my husband I will not use this tool for predictions because he asked me "to trust the process" and so I won't. Go Bills!
