Happy 29th Birthday Josh Allen!

It’s Josh Allen’s 29th Birthday! For those of you who don’t know Josh, he is the quarterback for the Buffalo Bills. For Bills fans, he is our MVP not just this year, but every year. This is the first year I have had his actual birth time for his birthday so this feels sort of special because we can look at so much more stuff for the year to come.

As I was preparing this article and sharing my reflections for what I might include with my family and friends, I got a lot of critics, many of whom are also superstitious people it seems.

“Don’t talk about this stuff, you will jinx him.”

This was the consensus, regardless of the tactic I spoke of taking. I debated writing a full year ahead overview for Josh, a compatibility reading for Josh and his fiancée Hailee Steinfeld, or a deeper dive into his birth chart. I will be working on those chart overviews and will post them on my Substack for those who want to take a deeper dive. For this article, I will keep it high level and focus on the key issues that are coming up this year.

And for those who ask why I must write anything at all, Josh Allen continues to be the number one driver of people to my website. I will give the people what they want! Plus I am also a fan, and profoundly curious, so I figure I may as well share my homework with all of you.

Thank you to those who think I have a massive readership and could somehow change the zeitgeist with my words alone. While I am flattered, this is not the case, but a girl can dream. I am not a magician; I am merely an observer of trends and energy patterns. I am also a huge fan of Josh, so I am sure this article will reflect a certain level of bias (I can’t help it) and will also keep things positive. Yes, because I am a fan, but also that is how I see astrology in general. There is always a lesson or gain to be had from the changes we go through.

The universe is always on our side, working things out for our greatest good, even if sometimes it doesn’t seem like that in the moment.

With that said, let’s dig into year 29 for QB1!

First and foremost, if you curious about Josh’s overall birth chart, please refer to that article from last fall.

Second, Josh is having his Saturn return this year. This is something we all go through around the age of 29, and it has very much to do with maturation and stepping away from our family of origin and towards our own adult-ing. Clearly, we all know that Josh is getting married! Hailee is also experiencing her Saturn return this year. (Hers is occurring very soon, within days of their wedding, if the predicted dates are correct.) Josh’s return will occur in March of 2026. I wonder what would make Josh feel like he leveled up by March of next year. Hmmm…

Marriage is a very common theme for people experiencing Saturn returns. Some people buy their first home, move across the country, become a parent, or achieve success in some aspect of their life. Maybe an accolade in their chosen profession?

As I mentioned in his birth chart breakdown, Saturn is an important placement for Josh as it is the apex of his kite. (Don’t freak out, I will explain.)

A kite in a chart is a formation made from the relationship between planets and is considered a blessing. Loosely translated, he is very smart, naturally so and a gifted communicator. He uses his struggles and lessons to innovate and become the best version of himself. All kites point to an activating point and become sort of a goal or place where one will achieve big things aligned with their soul’s growth.

For Josh, this is Saturn, which is boss energy, the coach, the hard teacher and the stabilizer. This blessing energy drives him towards leadership, hard work, and commitment. Josh has Saturn in the sign of Aries, which is initiating, impatient and authoritative. Saturn wants to be deliberate and intentional and Aries wants to shoot first and ask questions later. It can feel like having one foot on the gas and the other on the brakes. This can create some internal struggle until one learns to manage it and use this power of intention for good. He is asked to slow his roll so that he can perfect his skills and be the best leader possible.

When this VIP (planet not player) is activated by the Saturn return, it might feel like a culmination, a moment where past efforts come to fruition. Lessons are learned and it’s time for the next phase of life with these lessons integrated.

Who can say how this will land for sure, but both Josh and Hailee will be experiencing this energy during the next year.

Hailee has her Saturn at the very top of her chart in her house of career. She is currently basking in the glow of the blockbuster movie, Sinners which is receiving top ratings from fans and critics alike. In addition, she is marrying the love of her life. I would say this is a culmination moment for Hailee! The final pass of her Saturn return coincides with the Oscars nominees’ event in February of 2026. Not that I am predicting anything, I am just observing, which is what I do.

Third, Josh has a Cancer Moon and Hailee has Cancer rising. Not only does this bode well for their compatibility, but Jupiter will be in Cancer starting in June and it stays for a year. This is great for both of them. Jupiter is the planet of blessings and abundance and in the sign of Cancer, is at his happiest because he is exalted. (That is fancy astrology speak, for at home and comfortable.) Let’s face it, all of us are happier and do better when we are home and comfortable.

Jupiter takes a whole year to get around the chart and when it hits a sensitive point in our birth charts, it kicks off a 12-year cycle related to that point. I love that they are starting their lives together and have this blessing energy to help start on the right foot. The moon has everything to do with our home, our bodies and our most sensitive bits. Our rising sign is our soul’s purpose, what we are here to do and how we are meant to show up in the world.

These are important places in each chart. Ooh, I get excited just thinking about it for them!

This can indicate growth for a new family as well. Just saying. Again, not predicting, just making observations.

This is a technical point, but Hailee just started a new 30-year cycle in her chart in January of 2025. Her progressed Sun and Moon came together to create a new moon phase. This occurred in her 7th house of marriage and partnership. If you really like to know stuff it occurred at 18 degrees of Capricorn which is in a harmonious relationship with Josh’s 18 degree Scorpio Rising. Seriously, astrology is so good.

Lastly, I love these two together because there is so much harmony and synchronicity in their charts. I will save that for the deeper dive, but rest assured these two are (dare I say) soul mates, with profound respect, affection and attraction for each other. It is truly a beautiful thing.

All told, I am optimistic for Josh and Hailee’s growth potential in these next 12 months. Josh is destined to have a really important year. If the only thing he does is marry this wonderful woman, that will be enough. But we all know Josh goes big, so let’s see what else he will accomplish this year!
