I had been feeling her around me all week. I had a big decision to make and wasn’t sure which way to go. And of course, she delivered.

Thus, the great paradox of this being human. How do we do it all while also leaving behind regrets and judgement about not doing enough?

And then I started thinking of other times that magical, lovely people came in and did something truly remarkable.

Healing old wounds is hard. How plants can teach us a lesson or two on how it's done.

If I had paused long enough to check I would have noticed this lump in my throat was mom sized.

Keep going. There is something you are here to do.

I felt strangely soothed by this discovery. Is it the order of things that the cure sits next to the ailment?

It started like that. Full of love and optimism, confidence, certainty.

It all became clear to me in that moment, as I stood there watching this regal bird fly from tree to tree. I knew why I was summoned.

Do you ever experience self-doubt? Or you get intuitive nudges and whispers, and yet you don’t act on them?

I remember sitting there thinking, “Where am I? What is happening?"

I want this as a place holder for me, and maybe for you, that you don’t have to do all the things just because we are starting a New Year.

I am a firm believer in intention and when we lead with love, how can we ever be wrong? 

We know what tomorrow is. It is nice to know you are around.

For all of you out there seeking your signs, please remember they come from everywhere and from people too.

It is my belief that doing things differently every now and again is how we bring on bigger changes and call in new energy.

Sometimes the things that come and scare you initially, require a change in perception to see that miracle that is included.
